# 5.2 Phân mục nhập liệu

#### a) Thanh lý tài sản:

\+ Số lô: Phần mềm sẽ tự động cập nhật;

\+ Ngày chứng từ: Ngày tiến hành thanh lý;

\+ Kỳ kế toán: Phần mềm sẽ tự động cập nhật căn cứ theo ngày chứng từ ;

\+ Số chứng từ: Phần mềm sẽ tự động cập nhật;

\+ Custommer ID: Nhấn nút F3 để chọn mã khách hàng

+Tiền giao dịch, tỉ giá: Lựa chọn loại tiền giao dich, và chọn tỉ giá quy đổi nếu loại tiền giao dịch khác VND

\+ Nhập diễn giải bằng tiến Việt, Anh, Hàn quốc (nếu có)

\+ Lựa chọn mã tài sản thanh lý bằng cách chọn F3

\+ Nhập giá tiền thanh lý và F3 chọn thuế suất nếu có phát sinh

Các lựa chọn :

\- Tạo chứng từ phải thu cho khách hàng

Khi tick vào checkbox các thông tin về hóa đơn sẽ hiện

Thanh lý tài sản có thể thanh lý theo từng phần

Ví dụ : Với tài sản có số lượng là 10 , có thể thanh lý nhiều lần .

#### b) Đánh giá lại Tài Sản
