# 10.1 Thiết lập ngân sách

Khi cần lập ngân sách hàng năm cho doanh nghiệp theo từng tài khoản kế toán, dự án hoặc mã chi phí. Ngân sách được lập cho 12 tháng, phục vụ cho việc so sánh thực tế với kế hoạch trong báo cáo quản trị.

> **Ví dụ:** Lập ngân sách chi phí quản lý (TK 642) năm 2026 — phân bổ ngân sách 1.200.000.000đ cho 12 tháng, mỗi tháng 100.000.000đ.

Để tạo ngân sách, người dùng thực hiện như sau:

1. Nhấn **Thêm mới** để tạo ngân sách cho năm hiện tại.
2. Nhập **Diễn giải** bằng tiếng Việt, tiếng Anh hoặc ngôn ngữ khác.
3. Chọn **Tài khoản**, **Dự án**, **Mã chi phí**.
4. Nhập **Số tiền ngân sách** cho 12 tháng.
5. Nhấn **Lưu** để hoàn tất.

> **Lưu ý:** Ngân sách sau khi lập sẽ được sử dụng trong báo cáo so sánh thực tế - kế hoạch, giúp ban lãnh đạo đánh giá hiệu quả sử dụng nguồn lực.
