Phân hệ quản lý kho bao gồm 4 quy trình:

§  Thiết lập (setup)

§  Nhập chứng từ (Input)

§  Tính giá thành & giá vốn hàng bán (Proccess)

§  Báo cáo (Reports)

#### 6.1 Thiết lập (Setup)

Thiết lập danh mục loại, danh mục nhóm, danh mục kho, danh mục sản phẩm, danh mục đơn vị tính, nhập số dư đầu kỳ kho.

Lưu ý:

* *Danh mục loại bao gồm*: Hàng hóa, nguyên vật liệu, công cụ dụng cụ, thành phẩm.
* *Danh mục nhóm bao gồm:* Hàng hóa, nguyên vật liệu chính, nguyên vật liệu phụ, công cụ dụng cụ, thành phẩm.
* *Danh mục sản phẩm*: Thiết lập mã nhóm, mã kho, đơn vị tính, tài khoản kho (152,155,156), tài khoản giá thành (hay còn gọi là tài khoản chi phí: 621,627,641,642).
* Tài khoản chi phí khi thiết lập danh mục sản phẩm sẽ là tài khoản đối ứng trong trường hợp xuất kho cho sản xuất, xuất kho bán hàng.
