# 6.4 Báo cáo

Phần mềm có tích hợp các loại báo cáo sau:

* Tình hình tồn kho
* Nhập xuất tồn
* Nghiệp vụ kho
* Xuất kho cho sản xuất
* Nhập kho thành phẩm
* Bảng chiết tính giá thành
* Liệt kê theo Item
* Bảng chi tiết doanh thu-giá vốn
* Bảng tổng hợp doanh thu- giá vốn
* Hàng hóa, vật tư trả lại

Chức năng thêm

Đối với các phiếu nhập kho nhiều lần nhưng chỉ có 1 phiếu hóa đơn phải trả. Khi nhận được hóa đơn sẽ cập nhật lại các thông tin vào các phiếu.

Bước 1 : Chọn kỳ kế toán hoặc tất cả , click nít View để cập nhật danh sách các phiếu vào lưới dữ liệu

Bước 2 : Chọn các phiếu cần cập nhật

Bước 3 : Nhập các thông tin hóa đơn

Lưu ý : Có thể cập nhật từng thông tin .

Ví dụ : chỉ cập nhật Số hóa đơn : khi đó các thông tin như số serial , ngày hóa đơn … để trống .

## **Tình hình tồn kho.**

* Chọn từ nhóm …. Đến nhóm…
* Chọn từ kho … đến kho…
* Nhấn nút Xem ( Preview)

## **Nhập Xuất Tồn**

Chọn từ nhóm … đến nhóm (hoặc chọn từng nhóm)

Chọn từ kho … đến kho (hoặc chọn từng kho)

Các lựa chọn

* Tất cả (All): báo cáo tất cả các mã vật tư
* Tất cả (All Item): báo cáo sẽ nhóm theo mã vật tư
* Vật tư (Item): báo cáo theo mã vật tư

Có thể lựa chọn:

## **Báo cáo chi tiết Doanh Thu – Giá Vốn**

Mục đích: để so sánh daonh thu giá vốn hàng bán của từng thành phẩm chi tiết.
