# 3.5 Phân mục báo cáo (Reports)

**Báo cáo ở phân hệ kế toán phải thu gồm các phần sau:**

#### a) Sổ chi tiết thanh toán người mua

Chọn từ ngày … đến ngày…

Click vào VND-USD nếu muốn xem chi tiết 2 loại đồng tiền VND và ngoại tệ.

Chọn loại tiền.

Chọn 131 hoặc 138.

Chọn tổng hợp hoặc chi tiết.

Sau đó bấm xem in để xem, in, kết xuất báo cáo.

Tương tự Kế toán phải trả

Chọn xuất ra excel nếu muốn xuất ra file excel.

Với file excel

* * Sheet DOCSMAP : Tổng hợp công nợ với kết nối các sheets chi tiết ( Mã khách hàng / Nhà cung cấp ) tương ứng
  * Các sheet chi tiết : tại ô B10 – DOCSMAP khi click sẽ quay về sheet DOCSMAP.

#### b) Số dư tài khoản 131 – 138

Chọn từ ngày … đến ngày…

Chọn loại tiền.

Chọn loại tài khoản.

Nhấn xem in để xem, in, kết xuất báo cáo.

#### c) Danh sách khách hàng

#### d) Bảng kê thuế GTGT hóa đơn bán ra
