# Quy trình đăng nhập hệ thống

Để bắt đầu làm việc trên phần mềm kế toán SmartBooks, người dùng thực hiện tuần tự các bước đăng nhập:

**Bước 1: Khởi động ứng dụng.** Nhấp đúp biểu tượng SmartBooks trên màn hình nền hoặc menu Start.

**Bước 2: Nhập tài khoản.** Điền **Mã người dùng** và **Mật khẩu**.

**Bước 3: Chọn môi trường.**

* **Ngôn ngữ**: Chọn ngôn ngữ giao diện (Tiếng Việt, Tiếng Anh, Hàn Quốc, Trung Quốc, Nhật Bản, Tiếng Khmer).
* **Mã công ty**: Chọn mã công ty cần làm việc.
* **Chi nhánh**: Chọn chi nhánh (nếu doanh nghiệp sử dụng đa chi nhánh).

**Bước 4: Đăng nhập.** Nhấn **OK/Enter**. Hệ thống kiểm tra tài khoản và nạp quyền theo người dùng. Sau khi đổi quyền: **đăng xuất và đăng nhập lại**.
