Vào màn hình đầu kỳ sổ thủ quỹ. Click chọn thêm mới. Điền các thông tin như ngày tháng năm hạch toán số dư, số tiền dư đầu kỳ bao nhiêu tiền VND, bao nhiêu tiền USD. Sau đó nhấn lưu.

Trên màn hình này cũng thể hiện vết tích phê duyệt như: Được tạo thời gian nào, tạo bởi nhân viên nào, chỉnh sửa lúc nào, chỉnh sửa bởi nhân viên nào.
