# 9.5 Phát hành hóa đơn

Các trường cần lưu ý khi nhập liệu qua 2 phân hệ:

Ngày hóa đơn: Nếu công ty có nghiệp vụ lùi ngày hóa đơn thì phải điền trường này theo ngày mong muốn. Đối với nhà cung cấp VIETTEL, khách hàng có thể lùi 25 ngày so với ngày hiện tại, nguyên tắc ngày hóa đơn vẫn phải đảm báo tính liên tục

Ví dụ: hôm nay ngày 1/7, khách hàng có thể xuất lùi 25 ngày kể từ ngày 1/7, và khách hàng chọn 15/6 để xuất, khách hàng sẽ được xuất với điều kiện chưa từng xuất hóa đơn nào sau ngày 15/6

Số hóa đơn: Chạy tự động theo ký hiệu mà mẫu số

#### a. Nhập liệu qua Quản lý kho

Để phiếu đã điền hiển thị ở màn hình Phát hành hóa đơn, cần chọn Cách xử lý: Release

Mở màn hình Phát hành hóa đơn sẽ thấy phiếu:

#### b. Nhập liệu qua Kế toán thu

Qua Xử lý nhiều chứng từ

Chọn phiếu muốn phát hành -> Chọn E-Invoice -> Thực thi
