#### a) Calculate depreciation

User calculates depreciation monthly by identifying a reference number, select Month, date for depreciation calculation, description in Vietnamese, English. Click to select asset depreciation then click save.

#### b) Calculate allocation expense

User calculates prepaid expense allocation monthly by choosing accounting month, reference number, allocation date, and click to select prepaid expenses needed to be allocated in the Month and click save.
