# 4.1 Setup Section

CASH MANAGEMENT MODULE

From Main Menu, Cash Module includes five categories:

* **Setup section:** Department, position, employee maintenance.
* **Input section:** Cash payment, cash receipt, bank payment, bank receipt.
* **Processes**
* **CA Inquiry**
* **Reports section**

### **4. Setup Section**&#x20;

#### a) List of Department

Department maintenance is used to separate each department in the company based on the management chart. Click “new” button to enter new department code, department name in Vietnamese and in English, then click Save button.

#### b) List of Position

Position maintenance is used to arrange hierarchy, position in the company.

Click “new” button to enter new position code, position name in Vietnamese and English, then click Save button.

#### c) List of Employee

Employee maintenance is used to follow up employees who usually are given cash amount or bank amount for cash or bank transactions.

Select New to enter employee list, including employee code, employee name. Department and position are selected by hitting F3 key and choose (as codes are already in the system). Enter telephone no. , address (if any) then click Save.
